Refund policy

Welcome to the Tome of Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

This is a policy as well as a 2-step guide to initiate returns with as little chance of a headache as possible.

RETURN POLICY: How much time you have to return a purchase if you're just not digging it.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return:

- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

- Stickers must have the back papers still attached. 

- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 1: Email Alicia with a photo of your product and order number.

Order numbers can be found on the packing slip that comes with your order.

Send your woes to aliciakrupskyllc@gmail.com. If the product is damaged, please add a photo.

Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: 2805 S 160th St, New Berlin WI 53151

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

STEP 2: Tell me what happened.

A. Damages and issues
If your products are damaged fresh-out-of-the-box or if you receive the wrong item, send a photo so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Your new items will be sent with no charge.

We require photo proof of the defect. We will send a new copy of the item you ordered.

B. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, card packs, and stickers that have already been stuck on something.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

C. Exchanges

STICKERS
A small sticker ($1) can be replaced with another small sticker of the same value. Medium stickers ($2) can be replaced with another medium sticker of the same value. Spacefarer stickers ($3.50) can be exchanged with other Spacefarer stickers. Cross-swapping is not allowed.

POSTERS
If you want to change a poster for the Spacefarer series with a different version, we can switch them out with a $2 shipping fee. If we sent you the wrong size, we will send you the poster in the correct size with no costs.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Stickers must have the back papers still attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
